Our Guest Services
All-Inclusives
- Towels, electric, water, dishwasher detergent & dish towels are all included for our guests free of charge!
- For your personal grooming, in the bathroom you will find: soap, shower gel or bath salts, and body lotion!
- Use of the sauna area, pool, playground, fitness room during regular hours is included for our guests!
- Sauna and swim towels for the swimming pool are also available to guests at no extra charge!
- Bikes are available for guests to borrow free of charge! Helmets are provided, workbench for bike repairs, bicycle wash area - in other words, everything you could possibly need!
- Use of the hospitality area prior to check-in and after check-out: Would you like to take advantage of your arrival and/or departure days for even more sporting activity? You are welcome to store your luggage in our secure bike & ski room. There is also a shower with towels there, so you can freshen up a little before your journey home!
Additional Services
- Buffet breakfast: Euro 11.00 per person and day, children 12 and under: 1/2 price. We prepare the breakfast buffet with fresh products from local farms.
- Dinner Menu: We would be glad to make dinner reservations for you at one of the restaurants in Zillertal!
- Forgotten anything...? No problem: tooth brushes, tooth paste, lip products, Kleenexes, sun cream, lip balm - are all available from us.
- Bathrobes and slippers can also be borrowed at the reception desk!
- Washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment can be found in the ski and bike-wash room (for a fee).
- Wireless Internet access throughout the hotel!

Take advantage of our new service and have your mini bar stocked however you please. On the day of your arrival, we will stock the mini bar just as you please. Choose from the following packages:
